Honest Hearts PS Store Problem, please help urgent !?

Okay so it's really urgent because I need it for tomorrow, I want to download Honest Hearts on PS3 but the problem is I can't find it in the store ! I've searched downloadable contents from D to F and G to I , searched for "Honest Hearts" "Fallout: New Vegas" etc ... but it doesn't seem to work ! Where have you guys found it ? ( My country is UAE because of living in the Middle East these days if it makes a difference )
