Hi..simple question is american university in emirates"AUE"..same as american university in washington"AU"?

i mean is the studies and the exams and the recognition in the US from A to Z is the same right?....but there are three in the uae ...1 is AU in the emirates ...2 is AU in ras al khaima(its logo is different) and 3 is AU in dubai...whats that?? ...AU has branches in almost all over world right ....and AUE is same as AU in washington,DC?
