Dubai...how long does it take to get visa?

I'm from Croatia, my fiancee lives in Dubai as a resident (he is also from Croatia), we are planing to marry there in church. Now i tried to call UAE embassy but there was no answer (and nearest embassy is in Berlin and I'm in Croatia, so its to far to go there). If anyone knows how long does it take for me to get a visa for Dubai i would be thankful.
