Can a 5 month old puppy get my female pregnant?

Both border collies akc registered. Female has all her titles and health tests done. The male has tiedwith her 6 times this past week. 5 month old dogs aren't mature enough to sire a litter right? This was a total accident buti doubt she's pregnant right? Like what's the chance like 1 in 100?
