What to do for my boyfriends birthday?

my boyfriends 28th birthday is the 6th of July. I'm a little short on finances so I'm not sire what to do for him. last year I took him to a Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds concert. he told me a lot how that was the best birthday he's ever had. I'm not sure what to do for him this year. I can't cook to save my life so that's not an option, and he just bought himself a new video game he's wanted. I'm not looking to top last year, but we just recently got back together so I do want to make it special for him. I'm juat not sure how...
