My cat got bit by something on the chin? ((((((PPPPPPLLLLLLEEEEEAAAASSS… ANSWER!)))))))))?

Im pretty sire it wasnt a snake. It isnt that small. Its a dog probably. Well he stinks really bad. He is asking constant for attention. He does get atention everyday but he follows me everywhere to get attention. Well today i was rubbing under his chin and when i first felt his chin it felt like there was vaseline on it or like dry bubble gum. I lifted his chin up and it looked like he a scab about a bit bigger than a quarter. Then later i check it again. and that was just the stuff that came out of the bite. It was like a yellow/ brown color. Im very scared That we will get worse. K dont yell at me for nto havign the money to take him. And dont say that he needs a new home. We couldve payed fo rit but my mom lost her job just berely and we dont have much money. I have 68 bucks in my bank account. Could i use that or would it be way more? Im going to my grammas on monday and its saturday now. Well practically sunday in 30 minutes. Its 11:30 right now. But i just am so scared. He smells like a dead animal. Well back to the story. When i checked his chin again later on today the scab was tooken off not off the way off but its hanging about like half and inch of skin. Well since it was alreayd coming off and i thought it wouldnt hurt him but i lifted it upp a bit to see more and it was a dog bite. I think?? It was about the size of the hole in a straw? So abotu the size of a dog bite? Or maybe a bullet? We have a neighbor that is quite violent? If i have enough money i was goign to save for a horse but i will spen all of my money for my cat. He is the sweetest thing to me. He only like 9 months old too. He'll have short life if i dont take him to the vet. I heard somehting about getting a cotton ball and dipping it in something? I forgot what it was called. Well please give me some things i could do until monday? to atleast treat it? Please
