Is the Canadian economy going to benefit from global warming?

With the ice caps melting there is new land and deposits of oil and fresh water that were never discovered before in the yukon, northwest terroitory and the yukon in the arctic. There are massive lands covered in ice that will be drilled for oil and water for the first time, potentially a gold mine. Potentially making Canada rich like Abu Dhabi's oil finding in the UAE?
