How will the arabs get back as a majority in the uae,bahrain,qatar,etc?

I know that there is a enormous of amount of expats living in these countries and these expats actually outnumber the native residents but how will the natives get back to be the majority?I already know that arab girls from the gcc cant marry outside the gcc without the governments permission and the the natives have more rights then the expats but what else are they doing.
