What r my chances of getting visa?

I am an indian with uae residence visa n i am in uae for the past 1 yr . I am staying with my wife and 2 school going kids of 8yrs n 5 yrs . I want to go to USA on tourist visa with my family ( all 4 of us) to visit my sister. what r my chances of getting tourist visa from abudhabi. I definitely intend to come back as I have a job here n my kids r going to school. How to convince the visa officers ???My wife doesn't work n she has dependent visa .kindly help....
