Should all males be required to submit to a DNA sample?

This program is really pushed upon single moms..its a surplus of milk eggs, chees etc and even families with a dad recieve it..not all dads are dead bears, but a few hundred bucks in child support hardly pays for food. I dont agree with free food or welfare, but the govermnet does
