I made my passport in the year feb2007 with the qualification of 10+2. am graduated nw. No ecr or ECNR stamp?

NO ECR or ECNR stamp on my passport. Am planning to leave to UAE for job opportunity. Please suggest me ? do i require this stamp now. i completed graduation now.Is this stamp is compulsory to enter in to UAE. my passport made is feb2007.Plz suggest me urgentttttttt
