I breed a solid black paint with a black overo what color will the foal be?

OK I breed my breeding stock mare (solid black) to a black overo, what color will the foal more likely be? My mares dam was a solid chestnut no white, sire was a black white over.. Ok studs dam palomino overo, sire QH color i believe bay or chestnut.
