DS: Hypothetical situation with someone who looks like a really great breeder?

If the CH is in the lines back so many generations it is a good sign of temperament. The AKC will not permit biting dogs to continue in their events. Show dogs get the attitude bred out of them. A fighty or flighty dog just will not make champion. But here's the deciding question to ask, is there a 2 year hips or health contract?
