Breach of contract and anyone experience of this?

i think you need a lawyer ... the breeder i got my dog from i had to sign a contract to say i would not spay her ... i spayed her before she was 6 months old because she was a pet not a showpiece ... the breeder took me to court and lost ... the basic concept is you can not contract to control someone elses belonging for life no matter what is in the contract and no matter who signed ... a dog is property and the person you sold to is doing what he wants with his property ... i think people who breed dogs need to grasp the puppies are not their concern for life ... the second money changes hands i would tell you to mind your own business ... but if you want to, sue him for breach of contract, and you will be laughed out of the courtroom ... this question is kind of funny because you are a breeder making money from selling puppies but you have a problem with someone else doing the exact same thing, you just consider your standards higher than the gentleman you sold the dog too ...
